Description

This picture of the Flame Alchemist, Colonel Roy Mustang, was a request from ~violet-darkchild I live with her, so I had to get it done =D

I know the background is really bad, and it SHOULD be flames, but I just couldn't make it fit. My attempts at drawing fire were way off tonight, and using fire brushes just looked odd. So...
